Thank you for shopping with Orsine. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 9–12 business days. Including processing, most orders arrive within 12–15 business days of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays or other events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Orsine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

Orsine is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or misdelivered once they have been handed to the shipping carrier, including packages marked as "delivered." If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide your tracking details to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
